Current Offerings
Speed Lab – Speed and Agilty Group

Group training for male and female athletes in grades 8 through 12, welcoming all skill levels. Our group sessions focus on sprint mechanics, change of direction, and reactive agility to help athletes enhance their performance. This program is perfect for off-season development or for athletes looking to get extra work during the season.
Small Group Training (3–6 athletes)

Private small group training allows athletes to train alongside teammates or friends in a fun, competitive environment. Each session blends individualized programming with the energy and accountability of group training. We combine speed and agility work with resistance training based on the specific goals and needs of the group.
Private Training

Private training offers one-on-one coaching tailored to the athlete’s goals, training history, and sport demands. Each athlete receives a fully customized program with regular performance assessments to ensure meaningful progress. Sessions are scheduled flexibly to fit around school, sport, and family commitments.
